Today at Oefeningshuis in Swellendam there is an art exhibition featuring well-known artists from Cape Town ,Worcester, Bonnievale and Swellendam. Come along and find your favorite Painting or sculpture and you buy the piece and 30% of the profit will be donated to CANSA. There is also pottery and photographs for sale. There will be wine tasting as well as an auction for unsold items at 17:30 today to ensure that the most money is raised possible. Swellendam dedicated themselves to raising money for CANSA. This weekend you can partake in a relay for CANSA which will be running over the course of the weekend. If you decide to get involved in the CANSA awareness in Swellendam then pop into the Old Gaol Restaurant to refill and revitalise. the very traditional restaurant is dedicated to local relationship building and ensure that staff are employed from the community and they train them and ensure they have sustainable jobs.
