Meet Colin Judin!

The Rockwell’s General Manager, Colin Judin has been with the company since November 2011.

His least favourite thing is the occasional petty staff issues but he has a great team and they all work well together.  Colin sees his team as his family and he likes to mentor them and watch them grow and develop.

He loves dealing with all the film crews and they are becoming more and more  apart of The Rockwell.  They bring a diversity of requests and Colin loves the mixture of people milling around in the hotel.

His favourite place in the hotel is the Steelworx Bar and lobby because of the atmosphere.  “It all happens here” he says.

Colin’s life motto is “treat everyone equally” and he believes that this is felt by guests and staff alike at The Rockwell.

His vision is for people to come to The Rockwell and “kuier” – just relax, enjoy and feel at home.  With the way the film industry has taken to using The Rockwell, this hotel is certainly well on its way to having that home-away-from-home feeling.
